Recipe for Layered Greek Dip

Layered Greek Dip
1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp dried italian seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced (oops I forgot this yesterday)
1 1/2 cups prepared hummus
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped, pitted kalamata olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup sliced green onions (I used chives)
Pita chips

1. Beat cream cheese, lemon juice, italian seasoning & garlic with mixer on medium speed until smooth.
2. Spread cheese mixture into a deep 9 inch pie plate. Evenly spread hummus on top of cream cheese layer. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta & onion.
3. Cover & refrigerate 2 – 24 hours. Serve with pita chips. Makes 2 1/2 cups/16 servings.
